We’re so excited for your Westbound Wildflower pieces to make their way to you!

  • $8 flat-rate shipping anywhere in the U.S.

  • Free shipping on all orders over $150

  • Hats: A $10 flat shipping fee applies to all hat orders to ensure safe, protected delivery.

  • Shipping will not be refunded on any returned items - Customer will be held responsible for the price of return shipping.
  • Orders are typically processed and shipped within 2–5 business days.

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number so you can follow your Wildflower package all the way home.

Returns

We want you to love everything you order — but we understand sometimes things just don’t work out.

  • All clearance and sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • Returns are eligible for store credit only in the form of a gift card.

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have all original tags attached.

  • Please start your return within 14 days of your purchase date.

  • Please mail your item(s) back — just send us a quick email at westboundwildflower@gmail.com to let us know it’s on the way.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

We carefully inspect every order before it ships, but if something isn’t right, please reach out to us within 3 days of receiving your package to report any issues. We’re unable to make exceptions after that timeframe.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once your order leaves our hands, it’s in the care of the postal carrier.
Westbound Wildflower is not responsible for lost, stolen, or undelivered packages — but we’ll always do what we can to help you track it down.
